For a cheat day you will always have something you craved on. You could definitely eat what you want but still manage to be healthy at the same time. It must be satisfying to have what you always wanted to eat how eat as much as you like. It might be two bowls of you lucky charm cereal, or a plate of juicy steak with homemade sauce and it might also be a buffet with variety of foods served in front of you so you could taste every single of it.

There are rules for your lovely cheat day, so you are not going over your limit and still enjoying your food. You can enjoy your food to the fullest but still manage to take a good care of your diet.
- Opt for Fresh Foods Over Processed Ones
Even though you are going to enjoy whatever you want on your cheat day, but remember to always choose for fresh foods, fresh ingredients rather than the processed ones. This will help you to maintain your diet and enjoy your meal at the same way.
- Plan you cheat day accordingly
On cheat day, you can eat whatever indulgence you want. But remember, you need to plan what you want to eat the most and not bluntly go all over the store or any restaurant to order just everything. Try to limit 3 type of food for you cheat day. You maybe crave for carbs and dessert. Take it just nice and don’t go over your limit. You’ll be bloated and end up harm your body.
- Hydrate, Hydrate and Hydrate
Make sure you drink enough water to keep you body hydrate and remember to make sure that your urine must be in light and not dark or yellow. You can still indulge but make sure not to make yourself sick.
- Pay attention on how you eat.
Eat in a proper manner, chew your food accordingly to help with the digestive system in your body. Remember to stick to your diet as soon as the day change. You need to understand that cheat day will help you to stick your diet even stronger in psychologically and don’t apply your cheat day for the whole week.
3. Try to get a workout on your cheat day
Lastly, you should try at least to workout a bit on your cheat day. It doesn’t need to be heavy one. A simple and light one will do. This will help your body to keep fit and it will prevent your body fat to build up. You don’t want your weekly diet being ruined by accumulated pesky fat.
